Incredible! Excellent recipe, and I have a feeling Mr. Parker and I would get along well at the dinner table. My new husband (who is a Northeasterner) makes fun of my ‘Midwestern’ cooking all the time- I am from Amish country! Beef and noodles over mashed potatoes is a specialty where I come from….
